Agree the setup first.
Contact Spreadle with the workflow you want to support and the WhatsApp business assets you intend to use. Setup, support and pricing are agreed before work starts. Nexdrale does not offer unrestricted public registration.
Use an authorised administrator.
The person connecting the business must have authority over the assets they select. Customer administrators use a limited onboarding link to authorise their business connection; this does not give them access to the provider’s owner workspace.
Review the Meta connection.
The connection uses Meta Embedded Signup. Review the business, WhatsApp account and phone number you select, along with the permissions shown during authorisation. Your business retains ownership of its assets. Meta controls eligibility, account reviews and approvals.
Check the business configuration.
After connection, confirm that the correct business details and saved flow are assigned. Profile, template, form and catalogue controls depend on the assets, permissions and platform capabilities available to that connection. Ask about the specific controls your setup needs.
Keep a route back to support.
Retain the setup and support details agreed with Spreadle. If you need to disconnect a business or request deletion of retained records, use the public data-deletion instructions. Disconnecting an asset and deleting data are separate actions; the policy explains how requests are handled.
