Who provides Nexdrale

Nexdrale is a business software service operated by Spreadle, an independent online software studio. These terms cover the Nexdrale website, provider workspace and connected WhatsApp automation services. By using the service or authorizing a business connection, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you are authorized to represent. Contact spreadlellc@gmail.com with service or legal questions.

Access and business authorization

The workspace is operated by authorized provider owners. A customer administrator can authorize their own WhatsApp business assets through a limited onboarding link without receiving access to the owner workspace. You must have authority over the business and assets you connect, provide accurate information, protect access credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Each customer retains ownership of its WhatsApp business assets. Authorization is limited to the agreed service.

What the service does

Nexdrale supports business onboarding, reusable conversation flows, per-business assignments, incoming-message automation, a read-only captured-message inbox, and eligible WhatsApp profile and asset-management actions. Features depend on your configuration and Meta permissions. The inbox has no manual message composer and does not import your complete WhatsApp chat history. Automation is not a clinical record system, payment service or emergency channel. Booking links and enquiry flows do not themselves confirm appointments.

WhatsApp and Meta requirements

Your use must comply with the applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, other rules incorporated by those policies and applicable law. Obtain required permission for messaging, respect withdrawal of consent, and keep your business profile and support details accurate. Standard replies must stay within the applicable customer-service window; messages that require an approved Meta template must use an eligible approved template. Keep a clear route to human support, such as a phone number, email or support page. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, prohibited commerce or bypassing Meta restrictions.

Spreadle’s Meta Tech Provider status applies to the provider business. It is not a guarantee of customer account eligibility, permission approval, template approval, an Official Business Account badge, delivery or uninterrupted access. Meta makes those decisions and may change or restrict its services.

Automation and AI review

You are responsible for reviewing flow content, variables, links, permissions and escalation routes before enabling live replies. A saved change can pause an assignment until it is reviewed and enabled again. The optional AI draft assistant produces proposed automation content for explicit review and application. It does not make the reviewed content correct or suitable for every business. Ordinary live replies execute the configured flow rather than generating a new AI answer for each customer message. The public sample on this website runs only in your browser.

Customer data and confidentiality

The business determines why its customer information is collected and how it may be used. You must provide appropriate notices, obtain necessary permissions, collect only what is needed, and have a lawful basis for instructing us to process it. Do not enter payment-card details, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive information into ordinary enquiry flows. We process business data to provide and secure the agreed service; we do not sell Platform Data or use it for advertising. Access, retention and deletion are described in our privacy policy and data-deletion instructions. Any required processing agreement must be agreed before the relevant processing begins.

Pricing and third-party charges

Service scope, setup, support, fees, payment dates and any cancellation or refund arrangements are agreed in writing before paid work begins. This website does not offer a self-service subscription or take payments. Meta messaging fees, hosting and other third-party charges are separate unless your proposal expressly includes them. No unlimited usage or fixed delivery level is promised by this website.

Ownership and permitted use

You retain rights to the business information and content you supply and grant the permissions needed to operate your service. Spreadle retains rights to Nexdrale software and branding; third-party rights remain with their owners. Do not copy or resell the service without permission, access another business’s records, extract credentials, circumvent safeguards or interfere with the platform.

Service changes, suspension and termination

We may make reasonable service changes or pause access to address abuse, security incidents, unpaid agreed fees, legal requirements or third-party restrictions. We will explain the issue and available next steps where lawful and practical. You can request cancellation, disconnect credentials and revoke app access through Meta Business Settings. Disconnecting credentials does not itself erase retained records; request deletion separately. Ending access does not cancel outstanding obligations under your written agreement.

Availability, responsibility and disputes

The service depends on external platforms and networks. We take reasonable care in providing it but do not promise that every message will be accepted, delivered or read, or that every error can be recovered automatically. Do not rely on it for urgent or safety-critical communications. Any service levels or allocation of liability must be set out in your written agreement; nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact spreadlellc@gmail.com first to resolve a dispute. Applicable law and any agreed dispute process remain subject to mandatory protections.

Updates to these terms

We publish updated terms at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid engagement will be communicated through the agreed contact route before they take effect where required. Mandatory changes imposed by law or Meta can take effect sooner. Your written service agreement controls any expressly negotiated terms.
